After numerous rejections, Michael Bublé has officially joined the coaching panel of the hit reality singing competition, *The Voice*. The Canadian crooner revealed that he had turned down the offer at least 15 times for one specific reason: Bublé felt uncomfortable judging or critiquing other singers. He shared that there are many people more talented than him, and evaluating others was not something he found easy.
However, the unique format of The Voice, which focuses on mentoring rather than judging, ultimately convinced him to take on the role.
