The couple have undergone a frightening ordeal together – their son Noah was diagnosed with liver cancer at three and underwent four months of chemotherapy.

While Michael was seen wiping his eye as he spoke about Luisana, she was glimpsed dabbing away a tear when he began talking about their little tykes – Noah, now five and in remission, Elias, two, and Vida, three months.

He said the children ‘have given me a purpose for life and have made days like this even sweeter because I can truly understand how beautiful the good moments are.’

‘And when I woke up this morning, I thought about that, because I thought that for all of you people – all of those people that have loved me and supported me through the good times and the bad, I would risk that love a million times over for all of you.
