Gwen Stefani took a heartfelt moment this Father’s Day to celebrate the important father figures in her life—her husband Blake Shelton and her father Dennis Stefani.

On June 15, the 55-year-old singer posted a touching tribute on Instagram featuring photos with both her dad and Shelton, who is the stepfather to her three sons. “Happy Father’s day … we love u so much,” she wrote alongside the family snapshots.

A Blended Family Full of Love

Gwen shares Kingston, 19, Zuma, 16, and Apollo, 11, with her ex-husband Gavin Rossdale. Since marrying Shelton, 48, he has become a devoted stepfather, embracing the boys as his own. In a 2021 interview on KFROG’s The Ride with Kimo & Heather, Shelton expressed how deeply connected he is with the children: “I can’t imagine life without these kids now.”

He also opened up about the role models who shaped his approach to fatherhood: “I have a stepfather in my life who’s one of my heroes… he’s like a father to me, so I have a good inspiration in my life for how to do this and the kind of stepdad I want to be. And I take it very serious.”

According to sources speaking to PEOPLE, Shelton sought the approval of Gwen’s sons before proposing in 2020, underscoring his commitment to being a loving and supportive figure. The insider described him as “an amazing partner and a great extra dad to the boys.”

Last Father’s Day, Gwen shared a heartfelt video capturing the warmth of their blended family life, from children’s colorful drawings to sweet moments of the boys hugging Shelton. The clip was set to their duet “Happy Anywhere,” and Gwen wrote, “And a very happy Father’s Day to @blakeshelton. We love u so much!!”

Gwen and Blake’s relationship began in 2014 when they were both judges on The Voice, each navigating their own divorces. Their friendship blossomed into romance a year later, culminating in Shelton’s proposal in October 2020. The couple married on July 3, 2021, at Shelton’s ranch in Tishomingo, Oklahoma.
