Before she sang the upbeat song with Ella Langley, she performed the emotional Run.

Lyrics include, “Well, it wasn’t that you didn’t have the answers/ There was just no question in my mind/ I was gonna run.
“And you took too long to see I was unhappy/ And I took too long to tell you that I was gonna run/ I was gonna run.”
More lyrics include, “Oh, this freedom I found, babe, sure wasn’t free/ I owe you a lifetime of apologies/ I’m tellin’ the truth now/ I loved you so much/ I’m sorry for lyin’ about who I was/ I was gonna run/ I was gonna run/ Ooh, I always was gonna run.”
Fans are convinced the song is about her relationship with Blake, 48, who she was married to from 2011 to 2015.
They couldn’t believe she performed the song in front of her ex-husband, as he was at the awards show to perform his new song Texas.
Fans turned to social media to praise Miranda for her “brave” performance.
“That took a lot of bravery to get up and sing that song about Blake knowing he was in attendance,” one fan wrote. “The truth always comes out and what a beautiful way to do it.”
A second said, “Ohhh wow Blake is there and wrote this for him. Healing all around.”
A third commented, “Just weird she sings this & Blake sings Texas????”
A fourth believes, “Texas is about you that Blake Shelton sings.”
Fans also speculate Texas is about Miranda, as Blake sang, “She cut me loose and caught herself a somewhere wind/ I haven’t heard a word and haven’t seen her since/ She disappeared quicker than this double shot of Jim/ ‘Cause everybody at the bar started askin’
“She’s probably in Texas/ Amarillo, all I know/ George Strait said it/ Yeah, that’s where all them exes go/ If she ain’t with me out here in Tennessee/ Then I don’t know where she’s headed/ If I’m guessin’, I reckon/ She’s probably in Texas.”
The exes have both moved on since their divorce.
Miranda has been married to her husband Brendan, 33, since 2019, as they tied the knot after just three months of dating.
Blake married Gwen Stefani in 2021 after meeting on The Voice.
HANGIN’ ON
Blake’s new album, For Recreational Use Only, was released today.
In addition to Texas, his song Hangin’ On also shocked listeners, as the breakup song is a duet with Gwen, 55.
They both sing, “Oh, I was finally in the clear, feelin’ good // Out the house, out the woods // Thought I was through with you // Then out the blue.”
Together, Blake and Gwen then sing the chorus, “I hear you’re hangin’ on the other side of this town // Somehow, that messes me up, wonder if that picture of us // Is still hangin’ on that paisley wall in your room// Or did you take it down?”
They continue, “I should’ve let go by now // But I keep hangin’ on to every word you said // Like some old faded tee // Wish I could take you off, but you keep hangin’ on to me.”
Although the lyrics seem like the couple might be in crisis, Gwen opened up about the real meaning behind the song.
She admitted the song is not about them during an interview.
Gwen confessed, “it’s a different tone” to anything they have worked on together in the past.
She added, “The song was written not about us.”
ON THE ROCKS?
The couple has been hit with breakup rumors during their marriage.
The pair spent time apart, with them even celebrating New Years in different time zones.
Gwen celebrated the new year in Las Vegas while Blake performed at the WinStar World Casino and Resort in Oklahoma.
In January 2024, the couple hit back at claims their relationship was in trouble by putting on a united front.
