Maroon 5 singer Adam Levine has finally met his biggest fan – three-year-old Mila, who broke down in tears after finding out her ‘boyfriend’ was married!
The tot’s heartbreaking reaction was filmed by her mum, in a video titled ‘Mila finds out Adam Levine Got Married’ that went viral on YouTube and was watched by five million people.
Mila and her mum appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Friday, where the cute little one professed her love for the Moves Like Jagger singer, calling him “her boyfriend” and admitting she’s wanted to marry him “for a long time.”
Ellen gave Mila an outfit with ‘I love Adam Levine’ and even surprise her by brining out Adam, who presented her with a rose.
“It was kind of heartbreaking. It was so unbelievably cute,” he said about the video. “And every single person that I know – in my entire life – sent it to me. The first two people were my wife – sorry earmuffs, and then my mother. They were like ‘This is so cute’!”
However, Mila was either star struck or realised she wasn’t that into Adam, 36, because she went shy and clung onto her mum.
“Clearly she’s transfixed,” Adam teased, while Ellen pointed out that it was “a lot to meet the love of your life all of a sudden.”
“She’s over it,” he joked.
Adam married Brazilian model Behati Prinsloo in July last year.
