Kelly Clarkson has made a habit of going big for Halloween \u2014 but in 2025, she didn\u2019t just dress up. She transformed her entire daytime show into a full-scale, black-and-white, vintage mystery universe.<\/p>\n

In a dazzling homage to Madonna\u2019s Breathless Mahoney character from\u00a0Dick Tracy<\/strong>, Clarkson appeared on\u00a0The Kelly Clarkson Show<\/em>\u00a0with\u00a0short, tight, blonde curls<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 a striking departure from her usual look \u2014 paired with a sleek red satin gown. In black-and-white lighting, she opened the show with a dramatic Kellyoke performance of \u201cSooner or Later,\u201d Madonna\u2019s Oscar-winning ballad from the film.<\/p>\n

It was the kind of entrance that makes social media stop scrolling.<\/p>\n

Clarkson later shared behind-the-scenes snapshots on Instagram, captioning one carousel:<\/p>\n

She also gave viewers a moment of comic honesty, joking about the surprising comfort of the wig:<\/p>\n
