(Photo Credit: Trae Patton \/ NBC via Getty Images)<\/p>\n<h2>Meet The Battle Advisors For Season 28 Of The Voice<\/h2>\n<p>As soon as the blind auditions for Season 28 of The Voice ended on October 7, the show named its four battle advisors for the season.<\/p>\n<div class=\"code-block code-block-4\"><\/div>\n<p>The list of names includes some familiar faces that longtime Voice fans will recognize. That\u2019s because two of this season\u2019s battle advisors are former coaches!<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Amazing Blind Auditions from Team Niall | The Voice | NBC\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/yRTZsFUtrvQ?feature=oembed\" width=\"790\" height=\"444\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" data-origwidth=\"790\" data-origheight=\"444\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Coaches Reba McEntire, Snoop Dogg, Niall Horan, and Michael Bubl\u00e9 have assembled a group of notable performers to advise Season 28\u2019s talented contestants.<\/p>\n<div class=\"code-block code-block-5\"><\/div>\n<p>Only one country artist is among this season\u2019s advisors. But surprisingly, she isn\u2019t helping the show\u2019s country queen, Reba.<\/p>\n<p>Instead, The Voice revealed that country singer and former Voice coach Kelsea Ballerini will serve as the battle advisor for Team Bubl\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>So if Ballerini isn\u2019t helping Team Reba, who is? McEntire played Annie in Annie Get Your Gun on Broadway in 2001. That\u2019s because a huge change is coming to the battles that has the power to seriously shake things up.<\/p>\n<p>A few weeks ago, The Voice unveiled a series of new rules that will go into effect during Season 28. One of those, the \u201cCarson Callback,\u201d already came into play during the blind auditions. The Carson Callback allowed host Carson Daly to save one contestant who didn\u2019t get any chairs to turn, and they got to return for a second audition.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/hips.hearstapps.com\/hmg-prod\/images\/the-blind-auditions-season-premiere-episode-2801-pictured-news-photo-1758645675.pjpeg?resize=980:*\" alt=\"The Voice' Season 28 Rule Changes, Explained\" \/><\/p>\n<div class=\"eyeo\" data-type=\"_mgwidget\" data-widget-id=\"1785005\" data-uid=\"0798a\" data-src-id=\"${PUBLISHER_ID}\">\n<div id=\"mgw1785005_0798a\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Another alteration is being implemented during the battles that could seriously change the game. Unlike past seasons, when the Voice coaches selected their contestants\u2019 battle partners, the contestants will now choose their own partners.<\/p>\n<p>The first Voice battles for Season 28 will air on Monday, October 13.
