Kane Brown\u2019s recent day on the golf course took a frightening turn after the country star was struck in the head by a golf ball, leaving him with a serious injury.<\/p>\n

The singer shared the aftermath of the accident on his Instagram Stories on Tuesday, June 23, and warned fans that the images might be difficult to see.<\/p>\n

Kane did not provide many details about the incident in his Story, but in a now-deleted post, he revealed that an unnamed friend was playing golf with him when the accident happened.<\/p>\n

According to Kane, the friend was positioned farther behind him and hit a slice \u2014 sending the ball off course and directly toward him.<\/p>\n

Based on the photos he shared, the ball struck him near his ear, causing significant damage and requiring medical attention.<\/p>\n

\u201c[They] said it will prob get worse next 48 hours but I\u2019m alive and that\u2019s all that matters. holy crap,\u201d Kane wrote along with another photo of his ear.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

It seems like Kane is taking the frightening experience surprisingly well.<\/p>\n

His wife, Katelyn, also shared a glimpse of the aftermath on Instagram, posting a video of Kane recovering in the hospital. Although the couple appeared exhausted after the ordeal, they still managed to find a moment of humor and laugh together.<\/p>\n

Kane even held up a golf ball for the camera \u2014 which fans assumed was the one that struck him.<\/p>\n

It looks like he may be keeping it as a memorable reminder of a golf outing he definitely won\u2019t forget.<\/p>\n

Kane Brown Had To Cancel His Latest Public Appearance<\/h2>\n

Although Kane is expected to recover from his injuries, the accident was serious enough that he couldn\u2019t simply brush it off and continue with his plans.<\/p>\n

The singer had to cancel his appearance at\u00a0Tight Ends & Friends<\/em>, hosted by Travis Kelce, that same night.<\/p>\n

Thankfully, Kane is now recovering, and fans will hopefully see him back on stage once he is feeling well enough to perform again.<\/p>\n
