Michael Bubl\u00e9 sits shotgun alongside James Corden in the latest episode of\u00a0The Late Late Show<\/em>\u2018s Carpool Karaoke, an emotional installment released in association with Stand Up to Cancer.<\/p>\n

In addition to singing his hits like \u201cHaven\u2019t Met You Yet\u201d and \u201cIt\u2019s A Beautiful Day,\u201d Bubl\u00e9 also discussed his son\u2019s battle with cancer; in 2016, the singer\u2019s then-three-year-old son Noah was diagnosed with liver cancer.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s so hard to have to acknowledge it because it\u2019s so painful to talk about,\u201d Bubl\u00e9 told Corden. \u201cWe got the diagnosis and that was it, man, my whole life ended.\u201d<\/p>\n

An emotional Bubl\u00e9 continued, \u201cWhen this all started, I became the strength to somehow pull us and lift us and to be positive. When they got [the cancer] out and the chemo was done and they said, \u2018We did it, it\u2019s good, he\u2019s okay,\u2019 I fell, I just fell. My wife picks me up now.\u201d<\/p>\n

Bubl\u00e9 also encouraged viewers to contribute to\u00a0Stand Up to Cancer\u00a0and their efforts to find a cure for the disease.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere\u2019s hope and treatments and there\u2019s medicines havent been discovered and will be discovered because of you,\u201d the singer said. \u201cYou think you\u2019re one little person who can\u2019t change, but all of us can completely, completely make that huge difference. If you do it and you save just one little person, that\u2019s it. That\u2019s what life is, that\u2019s all that this is simple.\u201d<\/p>\n
