What started as a random family moment during Hannah Harper\u2019s Idol journey is suddenly following her into her post-show life \u2014 and fans are completely obsessed with it.<\/p>\n

One of the most unexpected moments from the season is now becoming one of the biggest fan-favorite stories after her win.<\/p>\n

Hannah Harper announces \u2018intimate\u2019 tour after \u2018American Idol\u2019 win<\/h1>\n

Amid the whirlwind of her\u00a0\u201cAmerican Idol\u201d\u00a0win,\u00a0Hannah Harper\u00a0is gearing up to hit the road.<\/p>\n

<\/div>\n

\u201cAlmost every weekend until September, October, is booked fully,\u201d Harper, 25, tells USA TODAY an hour after star-shaped confetti rained around her to celebrate her win on May 11.<\/p>\n

\"American<\/p>\n

\u201cThis was in the works prior to coming to \u2018Idol,\u2019 but it\u2019s mainly smaller, intimate settings, theaters, festivals and stuff like that,\u201d she continues. \u201cI\u2019m excited about that, so if people want to see me down the road, I\u2019d love to hug their necks.\u201d<\/p>\n

But first, she says, she needs a much-needed rest \u201cfor, like, two weeks.\u201d The Willow Springs, Missouri, singer \u2013 a mom to three who credits her husband for having \u201csacrificed his entire life\u201d so she could compete on \u201cIdol\u201d \u2013 came out of the gate strong during the Season 24 auditions with a song about postpartum depression, \u201cString Cheese.\u201d<\/p>\n

The\u00a0performance\u00a0garnered millions of views on social media and, ultimately, inspired the name of Harper\u2019s first tour.\u00a0The String Cheese Tour kicks off June 2.<\/p>\n

\u201cKnowing that I could connect with other women who were feeling the same as me \u2013 women and men, really \u2013 that meant everything to me,\u201d she says. \u201cAnd that I had the opportunity to share my ministry, basically, and my relationship with the Lord, all of those things are precious to me. So every step of the way has been awesome.\u201d<\/p>\n
