He kept his body submerged as he enjoyed a dip in the sea with his 23-year-old fianc\u00e9e but getting getting out of the surf and back onto the beach proved problematic for Michael Buble.<\/p>\n

The 35-year-old singer seemed shy as he made his way to the shore and waited for Luisana Lopilato to fetch him a towel before leaving the sea.<\/p>\n

Only when he had wrapped his white towel around his body did he feel comfortable making his way back up the beach.<\/p>\n

And it\u2019s not hard to see why he is feeling so self-conscious \u2013 he seems to have put on a few pounds in recent months.<\/p>\n

While his vocal cords may get plenty of exercise as he embarks on his sold out Crazy Love tour, he has clearly been neglecting other parts of his body and he looked bloated and round-faced on the beach in Perth, Western Australia.<\/p>\n

The singer, who seemed much more comfortable when his body was not on show, was extremely affectionate towards his bride-to-be.<\/p>\n

The couple were kissing and canoodling as they frolicked in the sea but were also spotted getting cosy on the sands later in the day.<\/p>\n

And while Michael wasn\u2019t looking his body best Luisana showed off a trim and toned physique in a tiny black string bikini.<\/p>\n

The 23-year-old seemed more than happy to show off her own form in her minimal beachwear and judging from the look on his face Michael was certainly enjoying the view.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Bubl\u00e9, 35, will need to step up his exercise regime if he wants to lose his spare tyre and what appear to be \u2018moobs\u2019 in time for his April 2 wedding.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Lopilato, an actress who stars in the hit Argentine soap opera Atraccion x 4, met Michael after one of his concerts in Buenos Aires in November 2008.<\/p>\n

Pounding the pavement? Michael and Luisana were spotted walking around the streets of Perth with friends<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

A friend revealed: \u2018They met at a party the record company threw for him after his show in Buenos Aires.\u2019<\/p>\n

The Canadian crooner then popped the question while on a trip to Argentina in 2009.<\/p>\n
