Judge KSI pressed his golden buzzer, giving 16-year-old Rafferty Coope an automatic pass to the semis of the ITV show on Saturday evening\u2019s broadcast.<\/p>\n

Rafferty won over the YouTuber with his performance \u2013 a combination of music and magic based on the Journey anthem Don\u2019t Stop Believin\u2019.<\/p>\n

The golden buzzer has been a feature of BGT since 2014 and the Peter Symonds schoolboy is the only the second person to be awarded one in this 19th season of the TV hit.<\/p>\n

KSI leapt onto the judge\u2019s table and slammed the golden buzzer after being impressed by Rafferty\u2019s card trick which helped spell out the notes Don\u2019t Stop Believin\u2019 which he then played out in full on a piano.<\/p>\n

Having secured the golden buzzer, Rafferty threw his hands in the air and thanked his family.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

He told BBC Radio Solent: \u201cI was not expecting it at all.<\/p>\n

Rafferty has previously performed the Hat Fair street entertainment event in Winchester and was a chorister at the city\u2019s cathedral for five years.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cI wouldn\u2019t say I\u2019m particularly well known in Winchester \u2013 but that may be a bit different now,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

He explained he developed his act combining his two passions of music and magic.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cI always saw similarities between both \u2013 you need a similar mindset, willing to practise a lot and have lots of finger dexterity.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Bookies have slashed the odds on Rafferty winning the current series of Britain\u2019s Got Talent, should he get through the live semi-final shows.<\/p>\n
