Before finding fame as a singer, Michael Buble was earning a crust as an extra and appeared on The X-Files but he was kicked off because of his tummy.<\/p>\n

The Home hitmaker has revealed how he was sacked from the show when he was first starting out in Hollywood after playing a member of a submarine crew in one episode.<\/p>\n

During an interview with TV Line, Buble revealed how hunger got the better of him and he ended up tucking into some grub that he shouldn\u2019t have.<\/p>\n

\u201cI swear to god, I was starving and I grabbed a hot dog off the craft services table. And this woman said I would never work again in Hollywood,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

Well, we guess that didn\u2019t exactly turn out the way she thought it would.<\/p>\n

Earlier this week, it was revealed that the new\u00a0X-Files\u00a0series will be aired on Channel 5.<\/p>\n

Following a furious bidding war, the broadcaster secured the rights to broadcast the hugely anticipated return of the iconic sci-fi series.<\/p>\n

The six-part series is expected to hit TV screens across the UK early in 2016.<\/p>\n

Opening up about her return, actress Gillian told E! news that at first she was tempted to turn down the chance to reprise Agent Scully.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen I first heard they wanted to bring X-Files back I was no. No way. No way in hell,\u201d she admitted. \u201cBut they came back and said it\u2019d be fun. It\u2019d be really good. So I started thinking, what the heck? But it took me a while!\u201d<\/p>\n

When asked whether skeptical Scully would ever start believing in extra terrestrial life forms, she added: \u201cI haven\u2019t thought about it.\u201d<\/p>\n
