And he\u2019s got one lesson on the top of his mind.<\/p>\n<h2>What Michael Bubl\u00e9 learned as a Coach on\u00a0<em>The Voice<\/em><\/h2>\n<p>His major takeaway from the Coach\u2019s chair in\u00a0Season 26\u00a0was\u00a0\u201calways to be empathetic,\u201d the singer told\u00a0<em>NBC Insider.<\/em>\u00a0\u201cBe empathetic and warm and to always realize that [the Artists are] a mirror image of you and where you\u2019ve been and where you\u2019ve come [from].\u201d<\/p>\n<div class=\"6GWDWTvR\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"embedded-entity image\" data-embed-button=\"media\" data-entity-embed-display=\"view_mode:media.embed\" data-entity-embed-display-settings=\"[]\" data-entity-type=\"media\" data-entity-uuid=\"e30292c5-4455-4053-bc4b-64927e50ceba\" data-langcode=\"en\">\n<div class=\"media__image\" data-view-mode=\"embed\">\n<div class=\"media__image-wrapper\">\n<div>\n<div><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nbc.com\/sites\/nbcblog\/files\/styles\/scale_862\/public\/2025\/01\/the-voice-season-27-michael-buble-1.jpg\" alt=\"Michael Buble wears a grey blazer for The Voice Season 27\" width=\"862\" height=\"575\" \/><\/div>\n<div>\n<h2>Michael Bubl\u00e9\u2019s favorite part about\u00a0<em>The Voice<\/em><\/h2>\n<p>The new Coach also explained why the show itself is structured to help everyone in the competition succeed. \u201cMy favorite part about it,\u201d he said, \u201cwas when I had to let people go for the first time, I was upset about it. Until I realized that their lives had changed. Until I realized that their careers had started. They started to create a business that could go on.\u201d<\/p>\n<div class=\"V5NgBBvR\"><\/div>\n<p>Because of the sheer amount of exposure\u00a0<em>The Voice<\/em>\u00a0brings to the\u00a0Artists, any amount of time on the show is beneficial. \u201cTheir socials have grown. I didn\u2019t realize at the time because I had thought of this as an end-goal thing,\u201d Bubl\u00e9 reflected. He said that his Artists\u2019 lives \u201cchanged already\u201d by the time he let them go \u201cjust from being on this massive television program that has seven to 11 million people watching all over the planet.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In fact, Bubl\u00e9 says that there\u2019s simply no downside to being a\u00a0<em>Voice<\/em>\u00a0Artist or Coach. \u201cThere was literally not one negative part,\u201d he said, giving the producers credit for creating a show centered on the performers. \u201cThis is about the Artists, for the Artists. It\u2019s not about us. We love being here. We love being part of the process. There\u2019s a reason why we\u2019ve come and gone, and the people in the red seats change, but the show stays successful. It\u2019s because they\u2019ve made sure that they are so protective of the artists.
