Michael Bubl\u00e9\u00a0just welcomed\u00a0his third child in July, but he might not be done expanding his family yet \u2014 it all depends on how his wife,\u00a0Luisana Lopilato, feels about it!<\/p>\n

In an exclusive conversation with PEOPLE ahead of his\u00a0seventh musical special (buble!<\/em>, airing Wednesday on NBC), the Canadian singer-songwriter admitted that Lopilato wears the pants when it comes to how many kids will ultimately complete their family.<\/p>\n

\u201cI love that you actually think I have a say in [more children],\u201d jokes Bubl\u00e9, 43. \u201cMy wife is the boss. It\u2019s her body and she does most of the work, honestly. I\u00a0think I\u2019m a good hands-on dad, but I still don\u2019t think I come close to doing the work she does.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThat\u2019s not me being politically correct \u2014 I don\u2019t have a clue,\u201d he continues. \u201cIf my wife decides, then she decides. I do what she wants.\u201d<\/p>\n

Bubl\u00e9\u2019s three kids \u2014 7-month-old daughter\u00a0Vida Amber Betty\u00a0plus sons\u00a0Elias, 3, and Noah, 5\u00bd \u2014 are currently embarking on a huge journey\u00a0with their dad: their first tour, as the singer hits the road to perform over the next several months.<\/p>\n

As for whether his boys have picked up on the fact that their dad is widely known, Bubl\u00e9 tells PEOPLE they \u201cget it\u201d to an extent when fans approach him while they\u2019re out and about.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t think they\u00a0understand the concept of fame, thank God,\u201d he explains. \u201cI think they think I\u2019m kind of a popular guy around town. That people just know me.\u201d<\/p>\n

And they\u2019ve learned how to use that knowledge to push his buttons! \u201cIf my kids want to drive me crazy\u00a0what they do is when we\u2019re in public, they\u2019ll really loudly say, \u2018Michael Bubl\u00e9! My papi is Michael Bubl\u00e9!\u2019 \u201d says the \u201cIt\u2019s a Beautiful Day\u201d crooner. \u201cI would just look at them and say, \u2018Shut up, stop saying that.\u2019 \u201d<\/p>\n
