It\u2019s time for redemption for Ilia Malinin at the\u00a0Figure Skating\u00a0World Championships.<\/p>\n

Every day since coming off the ice at the Winter Olympic Games following his disastrous free skate, all he\u2019s heard is about his fall in the most important professional moment of his life.<\/p>\n

After going from an almost guaranteed gold medal in the men\u2019s individual skating competition to plummeting off the podium into eighth place, it\u2019s been a countdown until the \u201cQuad God\u201d made his way back to the ice to see how he would bounce back.<\/p>\n

Malinin will show what he has at Worlds, as he aims to pull off a three-peat as the men\u2019s world champion.<\/p>\n

On Thursday, the quest begins for the \u201cQuad God,\u201d with the short program, followed by the free skate two nights later to decide who will be crowned the 2026 world champion.<\/p>\n
