Michael Bubl\u00e9\u00a0may be known as the king of Christmas music, but that doesn\u2019t mean the holiday is easy for him. In a new interview with his fellow \u201cThe Voice\u201d season 27 coaches, the singer admitted that Christmas is a \u201cdifficult time.\u201d<\/p>\n

Bubl\u00e9\u2019s Christmas songs have become so popular that they\u2019re typically heard in stores the second the first holiday display goes up.<\/p>\n

In a January 2025\u00a0\u201cBehind the Mic\u201d video, \u201cThe Voice\u201d coaches dished about their music careers. A nerve was struck when Bubl\u00e9 talked about how it\u2019s challenging to hear his songs out in the wild.<\/p>\n

When asked about the most unexpected place they\u2019ve heard their music played, Bubl\u00e9 shared, \u201cElevators are never a great place, let\u2019s be honest.\u201d<\/p>\n

He continued, \u201cBut I can\u2019t lie \u2014 I\u2019ve heard a few of my songs in the elevators.\u201d<\/p>\n

The crooner noted, \u201cChristmas is a difficult time for me.\u201d<\/p>\n

John Legend joked, \u201cHow do you define \u2018difficult\u2019? \u2026 As in lucrative?\u201d<\/p>\n

Bubl\u00e9 explained, \u201cWhen I hear it, I have a hard time not \u2026 it sort of just takes over. And I get very critical of myself and I get very shy.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd so, like I said, Christmas is like just literally me going shopping for my wife in a perfume shop going like \u2018Oh god. There I am, there I am,\u2019\u201d he said of the the cringey experience.<\/p>\n

Michael Bubl\u00e9 and Adam Levine Have a Bonding Moment<\/h2>\n

Adam Levine returns as a coach on \u201cThe Voice\u201d season 27 \u2014 and he and Bubl\u00e9 are already hitting it off.<\/p>\n

In a video posted on \u201cThe Voice\u201d Instagram account, the two\u00a0singers bonded over their love of music\u00a0\u2014 and their love for one Maroon 5 song.<\/p>\n

Bubl\u00e9 asked Levine his favorite Maroon 5 song and told him that \u201cThis Love\u201d is his favorite \u2014 and he\u2019s sung a cover of it.<\/p>\n

\u201c\u2018This Love\u2019 might be my favorite Maroon 5 song,\u201d Levine said.<\/p>\n

\u201cI used to do it my show, you know that,\u201d Bubl\u00e9 shared.<\/p>\n

Levine noted, \u201cDo you want to hear a confession? I\u2019ve seen the cover of that song and you do something before the chorus of that song that I actually sometimes do.\u201d<\/p>\n

When Bubl\u00e9 performs it, he says, \u201cSing it if you know it\u201d right before the chorus. He explained, \u201cYeah, because the audience would go crazy.\u201d<\/p>\n

He added, \u201cThis is a full circle moment.\u201d<\/p>\n

When Levine asked what his favorite Michael Bubl\u00e9 song is, he answered, \u201cThat\u2019s easy,\u201d before Levine joked, \u201cThe cover of \u2018This Love\u2019 by Maroon 5.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n
