But on the June 6 episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show, the original American Idol revealed the song that defeated her. Judging by the clip she shared on social media, she just might be right!<\/p>\n

Kelly shared a video on her Instagram page and said, \u201cThat is the song that almost killed me. Not even cause I can\u2019t sing it. I just can\u2019t read, whatever. That was \u2018Blaze of Glory,\u2019 written for the movie\u00a0Young Guns 2.\u00a0<\/em>It won the Golden Globe for Best Original Song in 1991\u2026.I grew up on that song. I know that song. But in rehearsal, I messed it up, like a gazillion times. Not even cause I wasn\u2019t hitting the notes. I just couldn\u2019t read. It got so ridiculous that I just had to let it go, like Elsa, for a minute. And then I had someone come rescue me, that\u2019s right.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kelly shared clips of her rehearsal, and, true to her word, she messed up the lyrics several times. The blooper reel is filled with screams and NSFW words from Kelly as she struggles with the song over and over again, until she\u2019s rescued by the song\u2019s original singer, Jon Bon Jovi. Kelly falls to her knees as he walks onstage and tells him, \u201cI keep saying the wrong words! I can\u2019t do it!\u201d He gives her a hug and says, \u201cCome on, girlfriend!\u201d<\/p>\n
